Thermal Imaging for your Home

Have you wondered how well your house insulation and double-glazing is working in cold weather? Maybe, your windows, external walls, roof or doors would benefit from extra insulation measures? Thermal imaging cameras can identify where heat is escaping from your house.

Thermal imaging uses an infrared camera to identify the temperature of a surface. It is particularly useful for detecting energy loss: poor or missing insulation of windows, doors and roofs.

The Parish Council have access to a thermal imaging camera, which we can use to help identify where you might be losing heat in your home. If you are interested please contact the Parish Clerk on [email protected].

Please note that a £20 deposit is payable prior to borrowing the camera and collection is from the Queens Hall by appointment.
