Village Green

The Village Green Working Party meets on the last Saturday of each month between 10am – 12pm and carries out various gardening and maintenance work to keep our Village Green looking wonderful! Refreshments are provided! Please just come along if you would like to join in.

Burley House Field

The Friends of Burley House Field meet on the second Sunday of each month between 10am – 12pm and carries out lots of activities to improve biodiversity in the field as well as maintaining the area and keeping the community orchard in good order. Please just come along if you think you would like to join in!

Litter Picking – Wharfedale Wombles

Wharfedale Wombles is a group of resident volunteers who care about the environment and the community of Burley in Wharfedale. The Wharfedale Wombles lead a variety of activities to keep the village litter free, and volunteers can choose to participate in events and activities to suit their schedules and capabilities. To join in with the next community litter pick please come along on the first Sunday of each month, at 10:00am (meet at The Roundhouse, Grange Park).
